Witcher dev opening office in Krakow
CD Projekt Red's new office will open next month staffed by 20 people working on smaller games of about 20 hours in length.
The Witcher developer CD Projekt Red is expanding. The Polish studio confirmed with Eurogamer that it will open a new office in Krakow next month where it will work on a "smaller" game, estimated to be 20 hours in length.
This studio will be staffed by 20 people and aims to create one of two "premium quality" games that CD Projekt Red plans to release in the future. No further information about these games was divulged.
The company currently has one open position for its Krakow office.
Krakow and Warsaw are about 180 miles apart.
CD Projekt Red is currently working on next-generation games The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077.
