Wouldn't that sort of be blasphemy? I guess if the original creator agreed to put it in the game maybe not, but some of the fans would surely think so.

Wind Waker was a really ambitious project that could have been better. Yeah I love sailing and the first couple dungeons are pretty good but like, despite the size of the world it feels...empty. MM was a lot more jam-packed with content.

I like the latter portion though, freedom to sail around and find triforce pieces didn't really bother me that much.

They were also going to replace his sword with a solar powered laser beam guitar.

Sharks with laser beams attached to their heads is a way better idea.

Man that cracked me up, it's bad enough Link looks like he could pass for a Rowdy Ruff Boy, (Not a bad thing mind you.) But laser eyes, I could pay standard DLC price for that! Just for giggles, game developers should add wacky things like this for fun without needing to make a story to justify it.

Definitely would've been interested as a new-game-plus toggle as an easter egg, sort of like how Jak and Daxter allowed you to activate wacky things like big head mode if you collected enough hidden items.

How did they go from his eyes being big to shooting lasers beams out of them? I'm not following the logic.

Wind Waker's graphics look wretched to me, mainly because of the character designs and those disgustingly shaped eyes.

Many anime characters have oversized eyes (among other things that are disproportionate) but Link never had saucer eyes in previous games so I see why thought about this. Lol, Link would be like Superman or Cyclops if he had eye beams - that'd look ridiculous.
