Where Is Xur Today? (June 11-15) - Destiny 2 Xur Location And Exotics Guide
Xur's back in the solar system to help outfit you for another week of fighting the Vex's Endless Night in Destiny 2.
The Iron Banner is still kicking for another few days in Destiny 2, and with Xur back in the solar system, it's another good opportunity to grab some new Exotic weapons and armor that can give you an edge against the competition.
Head to the Tower, to the Hangar area, to find Xur this week. For his weapon, Xur is offering Two-Tailed Fox. Hunters can pick up the ST0MP-EE5 leg armor; for Titans, there's the Severance Enclosure chest armor; and for Warlocks, Xur has the Chromatic Fire chest armor.
Spawn in at the Hanger's central transmat zone and head to your left, down the stairs, to get to the Hangar. At the bottom, hang another left and head to the north edge of the area, where you'll find Xur up a flight of stairs on a catwalk.
Xur returns to the solar system every weekend in Destiny 2, starting with the daily reset at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET each Friday. The thing is, where he'll land isn't known until he actually arrives. Xur can hang out at one of several locations, including in the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher's Grave, and in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ. Xur's inventory also changes each week, so it's worth revisiting him on the weekends for new weapons and rolls on Exotic armor.
Xur Exotic Items
Two-Tailed Fox is Xur's Exotic weapon offering for the week, a powerful rocket launcher that shoots two shells at once--great for messing up enemies in PvP and PvE thanks to its two elemental effects. If you're not a fan of his other options, Xur also sells an Exotic engram that will decrypt into an Exotic you don't already own. Just note that you can only buy one per week, and the engram is specific to the character class who buys it--so if you're trying to get a new Titan helmet, don't buy the engram with your Warlock. He also has the new Xenology Quest, which rewards an Exotic Cipher you can use to purchase Exotics from either Xur or the Tower's Monument to Lost Lights. The quest requires you to either complete Strikes or win matches in Gambit and the Crucible.

Each week, Xur offers one Exotic weapon and three pieces of Exotic armor: one for each character class. The inventory is random, as are the stat rolls you can expect on each of his armor offerings, so if you're looking to fill out your collection or if you're hoping for better versions of Exotics you already have, it's worth visiting him. Xur also brings an Exotic Engram, which is guaranteed to drop something you don't already have, if there are Exotics missing from your collection on that particular character--but that doesn't include Exotics you have to earn through activities, including the new Exotic armors added each season, which can only be claimed from Legendary or Master Lost Sectors.
Two-Tailed Fox (Rocket Launcher)
With Two-Tailed Fox, you get double the rocket launcher fun. The weapon fires two tracking rockets that both lock on to the same target, but crucially, they do two different things. One rocket carries Solar damage, and anything that it doesn't kill outright is inflicted with damage over time. The other rocket does Void damage and suppressed survivors. With both, you can put a lot of hurt on big, tough enemies, or ruin a Guardian's day in the Crucible.
This Exotic is a mainstay of a Hunter's arsenal, and you should snag a pair of these boots if you don't already have one--although this is a weak stat roll as far as Xur's Exotics are concerned. ST0MP-EE5 increases your jump height, slide distance, and sprint speed, essentially making you more mobile and better at platforming. That makes this a great Exotic for those tough platforming challenges that are often part of Destiny 2's raids, or for leaping high over the heads of Crucible combatants to confuse them and make yourself a lot tougher to shoot. If you can skip this particular roll, you should, as you're likely to find better stats on ST0MP-EE5 in the future. But this is an Exotic all Hunters should have.

Severance Enclosure (Titan)
Punching stuff as a Titan is great, but wouldn't it be even better if the things you punched then blew up? It's certainly fitting with the Titan aesthetic. Severance Enclosure makes that dream a reality, making enemies you kill with your powered melee attacks blow up to take their friends down, too. You get an even bigger explosion if you melee tougher enemies to death, or by using finishers.

Chromatic Fire (Warlock)
Every gun gets Dragonfly when Warlocks equip Chromatic Fire--more or less, anyway. Any time you kill an enemy with a precision hit using your Kinetic weapon, you'll trigger an explosion that takes on the same element as your equipped Light subclass. That means you can turn enemies into Solar, Void, or Arc bombs just by landing your headshots, which can be very useful when clearing groups of enemies or trying to knock out bunched-up Guardian opponents.
