Acclaimed director Quentin Tarantino has named the movie that he thinks is the best from the past 10 years. Speaking to Premiere, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood director said that honor goes to David Fincher's 2010 drama The Social Network--which chronicled the rise of Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg.

"It's The Social Network, hands down…It is number 1 because it's the best, that's all! It crushes all the competition," he said (via The Playlist).

The film was written by Aaron Sorkin, and Tarantino called him out as one of the best writers working right now. Tarantino added that he's a big fan of The Newsroom, which Sorkin also wrote.

The Social Network earned eight Academy Award nominations, and won three--Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Original Score, and Best Film Editing. Jesse Eisenberg stars as Mark Zuckerberg in the movie that's based on Ben Mezrich's book, The Accidental Billionaires.

Tarantino doesn't have any new movies officially announced, but he says he still does plan to make at least one more movie. The director's next movie could be a new Kill Bill, though at this stage nothing is confirmed.
