What's New On Hulu In June 2020? More Movies, TV Shows, And Originals

If you're looking to plan out your Hulu watch schedule for June, then you've come to the right place. During the month, the streaming service will offer up plenty of new movies, TV shows, and original programming. Check out the full list of releases below.

On June 12, the fun reimagining of the horror movie Child's Play arrives. The movie follows a malfunctioning smart toy which starts killing people. Unlike the original '80s horror movie, there's no black magic or soul transferring here. It's all about a doll haunted by bad programming, but it is an entertaining flick.

In his review of Child's Play, GameSpot's Chris E. Hayner said, "Child's Play is decent but flawed. While it includes some truly gut-wrenching horror moments and a few jump scares, that it takes too long to fully embrace what it is--a techno-slasher--is disappointing. With the table set, though, hopefully, it will be received well enough to get a sequel that doesn't waste any time in unleashing Chucky's full potential."

Remember all those Where's Waldo books when you were growing up--or Where's Wally if you're from the UK? Well, the Dreamworks animated series based on the stealthy man in the red and white striped shirt is coming to Hulu on June 7. Sure, it's a series intended for children about a couple of friends travelling around the world, but it's Waldo. Who doesn't want to relive trying to find the man who never changes his shirt and always wears a hat, even in the desert?

If you're looking for an animated series that's a bit more adult, check out Mike Tyson Mysteries. All three seasons of the the Adult Swim show arrive on June 1. The show is a parody of classic cartoons like Scooby-Doo, and it follows boxer Mike Tyson, his adopted daughter, a ghost, and a drunk pigeon who can talk as they solve various mysteries across the globe. Every week, the group gets completely sidetracked and the plot goes in unexpected way.

Of course, there are lots of movies leaving Hulu in June as well. On June 30, Goodfellas, Kill Bill, Demolition Man, and more leave the service, so watch them now while you still can. For more on streaming services, check out what's coming to Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max for the month of June.
