What Is Fortnite? Who Is Ninja? Lady Gaga Continues Her Adorable Confusion On Twitter

Lady Gaga gets her answers.

Epic's free-to-play battle royale game Fortnite continues to be one of the most popular games out now, but not everyone knows what it is (or how to spell it). Possibly in response to all the excitement and discussion around Fortnite over its blackout and subsequent Chapter 2 re-launch, singer Lady Gaga asked her 80 million Twitter followers, "What's fortnight?"

In a follow-up, the pop star has now expressed similar befuddlement at popular streamer Ninja. Given the pair of gonzo tweets in two days, this may be leading up to an announcement of some kind. Or maybe Gaga really is just discovering the magic of battle royale.

In response to the original tweet, the official Twitter Gaming account said, "It's the ARTPOP of video games," referencing Lady Gaga's album. Popular streamer Ninja helped out by replying, "Call me on the Telephone. I'll give you a Million Reasons to play. You and I."

The New on Netflix Twitter account replied with a jab at people from Florida. "Florida with healthbars," it said. The official Dictionary.com Twitter account, meanwhile, linked to its definition page for "Fortnight" with the caption, "The good news is it won't take us two weeks to answer."

Fortnite recently launched its much-anticipated Chapter 2 update that introduced a new island and a number of new mechanics including fishing and carrying downed teammates. There are also new challenges and a new battle pass, among other things.
