Weekly PC game sales chart
NovaLogic's first-person shooter that re-creates missions from the early-'90s UN intervention in Somalia takes top honors in its debut week.
The weekly PC sales numbers compiled by NPD are in. The surge in interest in games with war themes continues with the debut of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down in the number-one position for the week. Apart from the sudden disappearance from the charts of last week's number-two game, Freelancer, the relative rankings look quite familiar, with EA's Command & Conquer: Generals, Battlefield 1942, SimCity 4, and The Sims continuing to dominate. The only other new face this week is Ubi Soft's online RPG Shadowbane.
