Watch New Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC Trailer, Pray for Humanity

The Replacer returns.

With less than a week to go before the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops III's first expansion, Awakening, Activision has released a live-action trailer for it--and it's all kinds of crazy.

The video stars "The Replacer," a character played by Fargo's Peter Stormare. The joke here (continuing a theme from the Replacer videos for Black Ops II) is that The Replacer does your job and lives your life while you're playing Call of Duty. As you'll see in the trailer, this can lead to some interesting scenarios.

The Replacer doesn't seem to care what effect he has on your family, friends, and loved ones. Case in point: He teaches a young boy about the "birds and the bees" by showing him an adult film. He also flirts with your girlfriend's mom and he is a terrible teppanyaki chef.

Awakening, which includes four multiplayer maps and one for Zombies, launches February 2 on PlayStation platforms. Xbox and PC players get it later.
