"We're still friends, right?"

The first of Marvel's movies to hit cinemas this year is Captain America: Civil War, which arrives in May and will see many of their biggest heroes do battle. An international trailer has now been released. It contains a variety of new footage, including a slightly longer version of Spider-Man's introduction, and an exchange between Black Widow and Hawkeye. Check it out below:

Earlier this week, co-director Joe Russo spoke about how he saw the film as a "love story" between Captain America and his old friend Bucky Barnes. "These are two guys who grew up together," he told Empire. "They have that same emotional connection to each other as brothers would, and even more so because Bucky was all Steve had growing up."

Russo also addressed the issue of whether Bucky--aka The Winter Soldier--could really be considered one of the good guys. "Is he good or is he bad?” he said. "Steve has to answer that question for himself, and there are other characters in the movie who hold the opposite point of view. It becomes a very explosive. It incites a lot of conflict."

Captain America: Civil War stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Anthony Mackie, Scarlett Johansson, and Jeremy Renner, and hits cinemas on May 6, 2016.
