Destiny 2's first expansion, Curse of Osiris, is just a week away from launch. GameSpot recently got a chance to check out the expansion at Bungie's headquarters. We've looked at the first campaign mission and exploration on Mercury in previous weeks; in the video above, you can now get a look at the new Crucible maps we were shown, Wormhaven and Pacifica.

Pacifica is a largely interior two-story map with lots of vertical angles to watch out for. Wormhaven is also interior but with large, round rooms, longer sightlines, and windows that let you see the enemy team right before gunfights break out.

Now Playing: Destiny 2 DLC Curse Of Osiris’ Best Crucible Weapon Gameplay

As far as new weapons go, our favorite was the Metronome-52, an automatic scout rifle you can see in the video. However, armor and weapon details weren't final in the build we saw, so it remains to be seen how the new Curse of Osiris gear will change up PvP.

This week's scheduled Curse of Osiris livestream was originally supposed to be about gear but was canceled last-minute in favor of addressing general player concerns. The first Curse of Osiris stream, which took place on November 15, showed off the Lighthouse space on Mercury. Curse of Osiris releases for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on December 5. That will coincide with the launch of an update that changes Destiny 2's weekly reset and the Guided Games feature.
