BlizzCon 2016 officially kicks off today.

Starting things off is the opening ceremony, which is slated to begin at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET today. You can watch the briefing through the Twich embed below or through BlizzCon.com and MLG.tv.

Blizzard teases that the opening ceremony will include "news about your favorite Blizzard games." No specifics were announced, but Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime said this week that fans can expect the company to talk about Overwatch's Esports plans. There are also rumors about announcements about Diablo and a new Overwatch character, though nothing is confirmed at this stage.

GameSpot has a team on the ground in Anaheim, California to cover BlizzCon and speak with developers. The show runs November 4-5, so keep checking back for more news.

BlizzCon is entirely sold out, but you can buy a virtual ticket for $40. This gives you access to numerous developer panels, in-game content, and the "Weird Al" Yankovic concert that closes out the show on November 5. The opening ceremony stream is free for everyone.
