3dfx has sent word on the other products that will follow the Voodoo5 5500 AGP card's release next week. In the first week of July, we should see the PCI version of the Voodoo5 5500. The Macintosh-boxed version of this card is slated for the end of July.

The Voodoo5 6000, 3dfx's monster card that even requires its own external power supply, is targeted to hit stores in late July. These new photos of the Voodoo5 6000 show the card's final design, as 3dfx is readying it for production. The Voodoo5 6000 combines four of the VSA-100 chips and 128MB of RAM in an effort to jump ahead in the race for maximum 3D fill rate.
