Virtua Athlete 2K Headed Stateside

GameSpot has learned that Agetec has picked up the publishing rights to Virtua Athlete 2K for the Sega Dreamcast. Developed by Hit Maker, the game features traditional track and field events such as hurdles, shot put, long jump, 100-meter dash, and more. It is currently available for the Dreamcast in Japan. There is no word at this time on a release date, but according to sources, an official announcement on the publishing deal will be made shortly.
