Viper II DVD Bundle

This morning, Infogrames announced the five games it will bundle with Diamond's Savage2000-powered Viper II. Called the Big WIG DVD Keeper Series 1, the bundle disc includes full versions of V-Rally '99 and Super Bubsy and demos of Jack Nicklaus 5, HardBall 6 2000 Edition, and Test Drive 5. Full versions of the last three are actually encrypted onto the disc and can be unlocked by purchasing a key from Infogrames for a nominal fee.

"The Big WIG DVD Keeper Series 1 is a model for how content will be delivered to consumers in the digital age,'' said Infogrames director of business development Paul Trowe. "They can demo some of our best titles free of charge and only need to make a quick phone call or an Internet visit to purchase the full versions.''

Viper II boards currently on store shelves should come bundled with the Big WIG DVD Keeper Series 1. The Diamond Viper II comes with a price tag of US$199.
