Vicarious Visions signs on to Doom 3 Xbox
Activision and id Software confirm deal to see D3 migrate to the Xbox
As was suspected earlier, though it remained unconfirmed, Activision and id Software have announced today that Vicarious Visions will indeed be responsible for developing the Xbox version of Doom 3.
The PC version is currently slated to release in Q1 2004. Activision provided no release date for the game on the Xbox.
Previously, Vicarious Visions developed the Xbox version of Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, released last fall.
