Vampire Update Coming Soon

A small patch is right around the corner for the recently released supernatural RPG.

Lead programmer Rob Huebner of Nihilisitic Software posted a .plan update today discussing fixes in the works for the company's new game, Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption. The developers are shifting focus from development to support, and have begun listening to and responding to user feedback with regard to the game's single-player quest and its multiplayer storyteller mode. A small patch, now in the final stages of testing with publisher Activision, will address a network bandwidth issue with the storyteller mode, and thereby make it easier to host games on 28.8k and 56k modems.

We've played the retail version of the game extensively, and you can look for the full GameSpot review of Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption tomorrow.
