Reply: Warhammer 40k, company of heroes, age of empire 3, and quake 4 isn't a bad list. I bet you haven't even played the full games of these. Personally i think half of the list is more than exceptional

Would've thought that Dark Crusade would've picked up the #1 slot, it was sold out all over town except at Best Buy (who had just gotten a new shipment in).

LOL! Yeah mhder, next thing you know games will have a date printed on them with the words "best played by" above them. I went on the F.E.A.R. article and posted "Have fun with a year old PC game. I'll be playing the expansion." and it got so many people riled up which was my intention. But if a person can't play a game at the time it's released what's so wrong about them playing later down the road. I played and beat the original Silent Hill this summer, that game was released about 7 years ago.

evolutionex What is wrong with people, Quake4 and WoW? they might as well buy Pong and Wolf3D before they sell out! --- It is new people buying these games you know. I haven't had a chance to play those games and I might pick it up by christmas. If you've never played it, is it wrong to buy it now? Does everything have to be bought on the day of the release? But then again, with all the whiners I see about game delays and release dates on these forums, it almost seems we're dealing with perishables and not video games.

Desperate Housewives the game lol. This is a clear sign that PC gaming has gone away. All the good PC games go to consoles anyway.
