Ubisoft flaunts Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD graphics in new screenshots
Assassin's Creed has had some work done.
Ubisoft has published a set of images showing off the Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD port, comparing them to the visuals of the Vita original.
The screenshots show some of the ways Ubisoft has elected to use the increased horsepower of the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3--chiefly new character models, textures, and draw distance.
Ubisoft also says it has improved the facial animations and AI in the upcoming port, but you obviously can't see that in the screenshots. There's a handful of new missions, too.
Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD will be released for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 on January 15. For more information, check out GameSpot's coverage of the Vita original.
