Twitch Starts Banning Streamers Accused Of Sexual Abuse

Ah I think I understand now, some person in head office agreed to ban anyone who was masochism or masogonistic.

But luckily some streamers fell into their lap. Ban hammer.

Maybe I should accuse everyone at Twitch of sexual harassment. By Twitch's logic the company will be shutdown by the end of the week...

The key word here is "accused" not "proven guilty" and therein lies the problem.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the #metoo movement has become a Witch Hunt. It's one thing to suspend, ban, fire, and blacklist someone who has been proven guilty of sexual misconduct pending an investigation based on the severity of the offense committed, but to do so based solely upon accusation is nothing short of textbook Virtue Signaling.

In fact, I think it's time that someone says this, it's sexism. Go on, try to tell me that automatically taking the word of a woman over a man isn't sexism, especially when said man's reputation, livelihood, and his entire future is at stake. Sorry, but sexism by definition is a door that swings both ways, gender discrimination. Funny how folks love to preach about equality these days, yet it's always followed up by hypocritical actions which aren't anything even vaguely resembling equality, they just turn the tables, making the victims into the victimizers, and thus proving themselves to be no better.

Unfortunately, the sad truth about all of these farcical social movements is that they don't really seek equality at all because they're always vengeful in nature. For all their talk of peace, liberty, and justice for all, they all lack the key ingredient necessary to obtain that which they claim to seek, forgiveness. Yes, one of the most difficult things anyone can ever do, especially when they've been terribly wronged. Forgiveness is a selfless act deeply rooted in love, it is the opposite of vengeance, which is rooted in hate, but all of these movements are entirely vindictive in nature because they openly, shamelessly, and hypocritically promote the same sort of persecution. It's a vicious cycle of attack and retaliation that will never end. Humanity cannot and will not change until we are all individually and as one able to forgive each other. Sadly, I do not believe that humanity is capable of this, as evidenced by these movements. Obviously it must be evident by now that everyone who is accused by the #metoo movement is going to be ruined as a result, ergo anyone who engages in it is vengeful, yet the accusations continue to roll in.

This is not justice. There is no judge, no jury, no hearing, no evidence, no order whatsoever. Just a verdict and a sentence of life in exile. It doesn't even matter if the accused is actually guilty or not, he will be punished immediately, and even if he is somehow able to prove his innocence, (which is highly unlikely considering that many of these accusations are anonymous without any solid details to refute) the stain on his reputation will remain. Is that what we're calling justice these days? Is that what we're calling equality, the ability to ruin one sexes entire life based on accusations with absolutely no accountability or repercussions for the accuser should their accusations be proven false?

No, it isn't, and you know it. So shame on all of you who support this. If you have a single trace of honesty, even a trace of conscience, then you will stop supporting this immediately and join me in denouncing the rampant hypocrisy of it all. If it isn't stopped soon, then it will have dire consequences because it's easy to see where this is going to lead if it is allowed to continue. I'm talking about a national if not global crisis in which courtship/coupling has become a virtual minefield in which men will actively avoid participation in romantic relationships because it just isn't worth the risks involved. Seriously, what man is going to be willing to risk his whole future knowing that all it takes to lose everything is one angry ex-girlfriend and an accusation? No man, that's who.

Ashraf is accused of having an affair(s), Chris is accused of much ickier stuff

It's a miracle they left this comment section open. I guess cancel culture is cool to talk about, but not anything to do with protests or #BLM

Hopefully they are actually PROVEN guilty before Twitch destroys them.
