Preorder Trine 5 At A Nice Discount Ahead Of Next Week's Release
Get ready for a new adventure with Amadeus the Wizard, Zoya the Thief, and Pontius the Knight with this preorder deal for Trine 5: The Clockwork Conspiracy.
August ends with the release of a brand-new game in the Trine series, and right now you can score a 20% preorder discount on the PC version of the game (Steam) at Fanatical. Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy stars Amadeus the Wizard, Zoya the Thief, and Pontius the Knight in a new action-packed adventure where the heroes have to clear their tarnished names and save the kingdom from a fearsome Clockwork army that's on the march.
Like the previous games, Trine 5 features 2.5D landscapes, puzzle-platforming action, multiple modes for solo, local, and online cooperative play. On Fanatical, you can buy Trine 5 for $24 (usually $30), and you'll receive a PC code that can be redeemed on Steam.
Trine 5 has several big upgrades in this sequel, with one of the most noteworthy additions being an adaptive difficulty system for both combat and puzzles to keep its replayability factor fresh. Up to four players can join forces in the fantasy landscape, a new combat system and tense boss encounters are being introduced, and a character-specific skill quest system adds greater depth and play style variety than ever before.
Developer Frozenbyte calls this sequel the most epic Trine tale yet, as it has more levels, puzzles, and battles than previous entries.
