Trade In Your Evil

When Capcom releases Resident Evil Director's Cut for the PlayStation in October, players who bought the original game will either be stuck with that or will have to try and sell it. However, GS News has learned that Electronics Boutique will be offering a special promotion for owners of the original Resident Evil to upgrade to Director's Cut.

When the game comes out, players can bring in their original Resident Evil games, and trade them in for US$20 off the price of Director's Cut. With Director's Cut being priced at around $39.99, that will put Director's Cut at about $19.99!

Resident Evil Director's Cut contains the original US release, plus the Japanese release and a special remixed version of the game.

So if you were thinking of trying to get rid of your copy of Resident Evil, hang on to it a bit longer.
