FIFA 19 is back, baby.

E3 2019 is in full swing and FIFA 20 has been announced, but back here in the UK it's last year's football title, FIFA 19, that's reaping the rewards. The existing FIFA game has risen to No.1 in the UK physical sales chart for the week ending June 8, according to sales monitor Chart-Track.

Following closely behind at No.2 is PS4 exclusive Days Gone. In fact, PlayStation titles are littered throughout the chart, thanks in part to Sony's Days of Play sale. Spider-Man finishes at No.3, for instance, while Blood & Truth is at No.5 and PSVR Worlds is at No.10.

While FIFA 19 is still charting well, much of the footballing attention over the weekend was focused on its successor. FIFA 20 is adding a new Volta Mode, which channels the street football energy of FIFA Street. The mode won't, however, come to Nintendo Switch, whose FIFA 20 port lacks "any of the big features." FIFA 20's release date has been set for September 27.
