Disney's animated movie Moana was the No. 1 movie yet again at the US box office this weekend. Entertainment Weekly reports that the film pulled in around $18.8 million during the December 9-11 window. It's been the No. 1 film for three straight weeks, dating back to its late-November premiere.

Worldwide, Moana has now made $238.8 million.

The film's only major competition this weekend was Office Christmas Party, which came out on Friday and made $17.5 million for its opening. The rest of the top five included Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them ($10.8 million), Arrival ($5.6 million), and Doctor Strange ($4.6 million).

Another notable debut was the Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone music La La Land, which made $855,000 in the US. That might not sound like a lot, but it only played in five theaters in the US, making its average revenue per theater the highest of the year and close to the highest in history, according to EW.

Looking ahead, Star Wars: Rogue One opens this coming Friday, December 16, and is of course expected to be No. 1.
