Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield E3 2003 Preshow Report
The Xbox version of the popular PC tactical shooter will be on display at E3 2003.
Ubi Soft will have the Xbox version of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield for Xbox on display at this year's E3. The tactical shooter was originally released earlier this year for the PC.
Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield will be a tactical, squad-based shooter that will let you take command of the elite counterterrorist force known as Rainbow. In the game, you'll command up to three squads of highly trained operatives with different specializations, such as regular firearm accuracy, sniper accuracy, and stealth. These specializations will make certain operatives better suited for assault, recon, and sniper roles. You'll need to take advantage of each of your operatives' special abilities and weapon loadouts to help you get through the game's various single-player missions, which will take place in international locations such as London, Rio De Janeiro, and the Cayman islands.
Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield will also support online play. The game will have a new system that will let you issue orders to your teammates in real time, and the game will also let you use voice-activated commands. Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield is scheduled for release this Christmas.
