GameSpot News learned on Monday that SNK will be releasing Tinkle Star Sprites for the Sega Dreamcast. Originally released for the Sega Saturn, the shooting game lets two players compete against each other in a puzzle-game-like manner. The game is basically a remake of the Saturn version, but it is expected to have some new features as well. With titles like Black Matrix A/D, Virtua Cop 2, and Sakura Wars, this follows the recent trend of Saturn games ported to the Dreamcast.

Tinkle Star Sprites for the Sega Dreamcast is scheduled for a Japanese release on March 23 with a price of 2800yen (about US$27).
