THQ Net Income for Q1 Jumps
THQ reported net income of US$6.49 million for the recent quarter. PlayStation titles accounted for over 50 percent of THQ's revenues. Other platforms performed as follows: N64, 38 percent; Game Boy, 4 percent; 16 bit titles, 3 percent. For the same quarter a year ago those figures were PS, 19 percent; N64, 0 percent; Game Boy 30 percent; and 16 bit, 50 percent.
