Slim pickings.

If you're an Xbox Live Gold subscriber, you can already access the Xbox One Black Friday deals on the Xbox digital game store. If you're not, you'll need to wait for November 19 for them to become available. In that case, you might be wondering what's on sale for you this week. I'm going to be frank with you: not much. Only a few games are on sale, and none of them are likely to knock your socks off.

Probably the best game of the bunch is Valiant Hearts: The Great War, which is on sale for $4.50. It's a puzzle adventure game that shows how World War I affected the lives of everyday people. It also contains a lot of historical information, so you just might learn a thing or two.

Horror fans might want to grab Don't Knock Twice for $4.50, and puzzle game aficionados can pick up Unbox: Newbie's Adventure for $9. Anyone with an Xbox 360 that's still hooked up can get Sonic & Sega Racing for $10 or Stuntman: Ignition for $2.24.
