There's A Goonies Reunion Happening Today, Here's How To Watch

With the coronavirus pandemic cancelling numerous of conventions across the world (and rightfully so), celebrities are coming together to bring specials for fans to stream and interactive with.

Josh Gad is taking one step further, as the Frozen and Beauty and the Beast star is hosting a virtual reunion of the cast of the cult classic and '80s fave The Goonies.

"There is one movie that defines my childhood. One movie that defines my personality. One movie that defines me," Gad tweeted. "[Today], please join me at 9 AM PT/12:00 PT EST in support of #TheCenterForDisasterPhilanthropy as I reunite the ENTIRE CAST of #TheGoonies." You can check out the preview video below.


The Richard Donner-directed movie about a gang of kids searching for treasure was a childhood staple for a generation. Gad is putting together a sort of panel for fans to watch in the name of charity, namely the Center for Disaster Philanthropy, which is one of the organizations aiding the COVID-19 crisis.
