Now Playing: The History of Black Friday

If you're looking to add a little zombie excitement to your Thanksgiving weekend, there's a Black Friday treat that may be right up your alley. The seventh season of The Walking Dead is seeing its price drop dramatically on DVD.

The seventh season of the AMC series, which saw Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his trusty baseball bat make literally everyone's lives miserable, will be available for only $10 at Best Buy, Walmart, and Target. For those looking to go the extra mile, Amazon is offering up a limited edition Blu-ray set of the season, complete with the Spike Walker that the Junkyard community uses to test Rick (Andrew Lincoln).

That strange little oddity, along with the whole of Season 7 in Blu-ray quality, can be yours for $100. If you're simply looking to go digital, though, Amazon is also discounting the price of the season through its video service.

Unfortunately, previous seasons aren't getting any sort of Black Friday discount, as far as we can tell at this point. That said, perhaps Season 7 is something fans should revisit to figure out where they truly stand on Negan and the show's direction as it continues into its eighth year. With ratings on the show lower than they once were--and some believing Negan is ruining the once-strong series--a little reflection could be a good thing.

While you're in a shopping mood, make sure to check out the rest of our Black Friday coverage below.
