The Sims: Hot Date exclusive

Maxis sent us a new group of screenshots from The Sims: Hot Date, its upcoming expansion to the popular virtual-life game The Sims. The new screenshots show off some of the new features that will be included in the expansion. Several new environments are shown in the screens, including a clothing store, a surf shop, a poolside area with a heart-shaped hot tub, a restaurant, and a bar. In addition, a sequence of shots shows a character executing a "yawn" maneuver in order to put his arm around his date.

The Sims: Hot Date will let players take their sims on dates with other sims. The expansion pack adds a new downtown area where sims can meet and enjoy a variety of activities, such as dining, shopping, dancing, and going to the beach. In addition, Hot Date will feature new greeting options such as air kisses and new brags such as boasting and flexing muscles.
