Season 3 of the television sensation and Star Wars spin-off show The Mandalorian finally has a return date to Disney+. You can catch new adventures of Din (Pedro Pascal), Grogu, and several beloved characters once again, starting on March 1.

Disney confirmed the news on its official Mandalorian Twitter account, which simply posted the return date with a photo of the Mandalorian and Grogu inside his Nubian ship that was restored in Season 2.

Plot details of the new season are slim at best, but in the sizzle reel that played during D23 this past September, we see Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) back on Navarro, in a big position of power, as well as Rise of Skywalker's Babu Frik. Bo Katan (Katee Sackhoff) also returns and is seen with her own clan again.

Season 2 of The Mandalorian introduced Jedi Master Luke Skywalker to the series in an offer to teach Grogu the ways of the Force once again. The last we saw of Din in his own series was back in December 2020. We had the Book of Boba Fett to fill in some story gaps in the meantime, but fans have been clamoring for this series' return at long last.
