The Last of Us story DLC news Thursday
Naughty Dog to provide world premiere of upcoming content Thursday evening during PlayStation 4 pre-launch show.
[UPDATE] Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann wrote on Twitter that the announcement on Thursday, a teaser trailer, will reveal who gamers will play as in the new content.

Naughty Dog will share the first details on the upcoming story expansion for The Last of Us Thursday evening on Spike TV during a PlayStation 4 pre-launch show. The world premiere will also be shown online, starting at 11 p.m. EDT, presenter Geoff Keighley said.
The upcoming story expansion for The Last of Us will mark the first single-player downloadable content Naughty Dog has ever created. Outside of a single screenshot (above), Naughty Dog has not given any concrete details on what gamers can expect from the upcoming DLC.
The single-player DLC is currently planned for release in December 2013 or January 2014, Naughty Dog said in September. It is not clear if this schedule remains accurate. The developer conducted a "long casting process" for a new character to be featured in the DLC.
The first DLC for The Last of Us was released last month in the form of new multiplayer maps. while an Interrogation mode was added in August. For more on The Last of Us, check out GameSpot's review.
