The Last of Us making-of documentary now available for free
How did Naughty Dog make the acclaimed PlayStation 3 game? Find out in this new documentary, available today on Amazon Instant Video.
A behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling the development of Naughty Dog's acclaimed PlayStation 3 action game The Last of Us is now available to watch for free. Grounded: The Making of The Last of Us is available to stream today for free through Amazon Instant Video.
The documentary is filled with spoilers, so you might want to finish the game before you watch the movie.
You'll need to live in North America to watch the documentary. The 90-minute feature was produced by Area 5, the team behind Call of Duty and Street Fighter video projects. Grounded was previously only available to those who owned the $20 The Last of Us DLC pass.
If you live outside of the United States, Naughty Dog said Grounded is coming to the official PlayStation YouTube channel "very soon." On top of that, the developer is working on other ways for you to watch the movie in its entirety, but these were not announced.
Naughty Dog launched the single-player Left Behind expansion last week for The Last Us. For more on the DLC, check out GameSpot's review and spoiler-filled interview with Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann and director Bruce Straley below.
