The Last of Us 2 Mentioned in Former Naughty Dog Developer's Resume

And I probably won't play it. As a fan of stealth games, I was not a big fan of TLOU. It had superb presentation, but everything else about the game was rather underwhelming and not very engaging.

Ok I know a lot of people might not like what I'm about to say, but there is really no need to make a sequel to this game. I t was great everything about it was well made & done imo.

Yep people might argue and say what about Uncharted they are making the 4th now why not the TLOU. Well if people remember ND had to split into two teams where each them work on a game that is TLOU & U3 the result ,some people weren't happy with U3.

Anyway if they do I hope it is a different time & only mention Joel & Ellie in memos you find while exploring.

If telltale game united with naughtydog which is impossible they will make the best fuking TLOU2 game i ever see. telltale game have the best thoughts of how to make sequal for the walking dead

2. The Worst of Us(make this super dark like the The Dark Knight)

3. The Best of Us(Give us the happy ending to close off an epic trilogy)

I actually figured The Last of Us 2 was in development; Ashley Johnson (Ellie) is still hanging around NaughtyDog.

Wait....you mean a really successful, well reviewed game is getting a sequel??? Shocking!!

I'm actually a little disappointed here. I was hoping for either a new IP, or returning Jak&Daxter. Not to say TLOU was bad, but it was probably my least favorite ND game i've played.

I don't care about the details... but it should be in SPACE, for obvious reasons.

A new cast of characters and new story and scenarios, but together with some references to Joel and Ellie characters, and to their journey, as well, would be the best for me.

OFC there's gonna be second one, it's a no brainer. They'd be passing up alot of money if they didn't make one, They Will probably franchise it like they did with Drake

I'd like to see a origin story; like the birth place of the fungus. Perhaps someone looking for a cure in the parasite itself. & quickly becomes deadly. Different cast of characters and everything.

I'd like to see an older Ellie confront Joel about the ending events.

I would like to see more of the game universe, as long they don't talk about Joe or Ellie is fine for me, since Joe and Ellie tale was finished in the first game.

This doesn't surprise me since there are no rules when it comes to the last of us. By that I mean its world is so large that Naughty Dog could just completely invent other characters on a totally different spectrum/part of the world most likely and still make it successful. Its kinda like the walking dead, except with better writing and its aged better I would say.

Part of me says let it die a classic but in reality an IP with such acclaim is bound to get a sequel. Better now while the complany is still strong than a forced cash cow if the dev ever got in trouble!
