You'll be able to play The Division ahead of its release date, however, as a beta for the shooter will begin in December first on Xbox One. It will launch for PS4 and PC in 2016.
You can guarantee yourself a place in the beta by preordering The Division. More details about the beta, and how to get in, are available at The Division's website.
The Division is set in a post-apocalyptic New York City. It blends third-person shooting and RPG elements, along with cooperative exploration gameplay.
