As promised, the beta client for The Division's upcoming closed multiplayer beta is now available to pre-load, Ubisoft announced today. Beta keys are being sent out now to people who preordered or found another way in.

The closed beta starts January 28 on Xbox One.

According to NeoGAF members who got into the beta, servers will be switched on for Microsoft's console at 4 AM EST that day, while servers will go live for PS4 and PC at 7 AM EST on January 29. The beta comes to an end on January 31, though a specific end-time has not been divulged.

The Division's beta will start on Manhattan's Chelsea Pier, taking players through "early story-driven missions that establish your foothold in New York." The beta will also let players try the PvP Dark Zone.

After multiple delays, The Division's full release is now scheduled for March 8 for all three platforms.
