TGS: New Screens of Carrier

TOKYO - Jaleco's Resident Evil-like 3D shooter shows off at the Tokyo Game Show. Here's a new look.

TOKYO - Jaleco gave Tokyo Game Show attendees a new look at its upcoming Dreamcast game, Carrier. Similar in style to games like Blue Stinger and Resident Evil, Carrier looks like it could be a big hit on the Dreamcast when it releases later this year. While earlier versions of the game that we had seen were somewhat basic and uneventful, the new areas that Jaleco showed off looked pretty amazing. Some of the bosses, such as a giant sea creature that bursts through a wall and attacks you with its many tentacles, looked great.

Carrier is currently scheduled to ship before the end of this year, but a date has yet to be specified.
