TGS: Ascii Shows New DC Controllers
TOKYO - We take a look at two new controllers, a six-button-faced pad similar to the Saturn's and a new joystick, for the Dreamcast.
TOKYO - Ascii has given gamers attending the Tokyo Game Show a new look at two of its upcoming Dreamcast peripherals. The first is a new six-button-faced controller that looks very similar in style to the original Saturn's pad. Apparently Ascii has heard the pleas from gamers for a pad with six buttons on the face (especially in light of the fighting games landing on the Dreamcast platform). Called the Ascii Pad FT, this new controller will release on November 25 in Japan at a price of 2,980 yen (US$28).
