Test Drive Off-Road 3 Ships

Infogrames announced on Monday that the latest installment in the Test Drive Off-Road series, Test Drive Off-Road 3, has shipped for the PlayStation. The game will also be available on the PC next week and on the Game Boy Color later this fall.

"There are no roads and no rules in Test Drive Off-Road 3," said Steve Allison, director of marketing for sports and racing at Infogrames North America. "Test Drive Off-Road 3 offers wider tracks, modifiable vehicles, tantalizing real-world locations, and the coolest off-roading vehicles around."

Developed internally at Infogrames North America, Test Drive Off-Road 3 sports a new engine and physics model that allows for destructible objects and branching tracks.
