Microids' latest tennis simulation game, Tennis Masters Series, has gone gold and will soon ship to stores. The game includes several modes: season mode, in which players choose their tennis star and progress through a professional season; tournament mode, which lets players try one tournament at a time; exhibition mode, which features head-to-head singles and doubles matches; multiplayer mode, which lets up to four players participate in a match over an Internet or LAN connection; and practice mode, which includes computer opponents and a ball machine.

Tennis Masters Series will feature 10 realistic stadiums from around the world and 64 professional players, each of which has his or her own tactics and play style. The game also features more than 500 motion-captured animations to simulate all possible shots in the game, including ground strokes, power serves, volleys, sliced backhands, drop shots, topspin forehands, and smashes.

Tennis Masters Series is scheduled for release next month. For more information, take a look at our in-depth preview of the game.
