You play as Batman and must learn more about the mysterious Children of Arkham (who were introduced in Episode 2) to help stop Penguin's plot. Additionally, Selina Kyle/Catwoman reveals more about her identity to Batman, while Gotham's mayor, Harvey Dent, becomes "deeply changed" after the events of the attack.
