In a lawsuit filed against Sandbox Studios by Interactive Studio Management, several yet-to-be-announced games have been revealed. According to the lawsuit's paperwork, Sandbox Studios is currently developing Namco's Tekken for both the Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Color; Konami's ESPN Hockey for an unnamed platform; Universal Interactive's Curious George for the PlayStation; and Dreamworks Interactive's Diva Starz for an unnamed platform, Prysm for an unnamed platform, Jumpstart for the PlayStation and Game Boy Color, and Shrek for an unnamed platform.

The lawsuit contends that Sandbox Studios unlawfully withdrew from a binding contract with Interactive Studio Management after it had secured several lucrative contracts for Sandbox. It also states that Sandbox failed to pay fees to Interactive Studio Management for the development deals for ESPN Hockey, Tekken for the GBA, Tekken for the Game Boy Color, and Curious George. In addition, Interactive Studio Management contends that Sandbox breached an agency agreement between the two companies by "entering into development deals for interactive games through the use a shell entity or alter ego (Sandbox Canada) and by failing to pay ISM any fees to which it was entitled for those deals under the terms of the agency agreement."

ISM's attempt to freeze Sandbox's assets was denied by the US District Court due to questions of jurisdiction. Attempts to reach Sandbox regarding the lawsuit have not been successful. We'll have more on this story as it breaks.
