Take-Two Interactive and its subsidiary TalonSoft have announced a co-publishing agreement with Scandinavia-based PAN Interactive. Under the terms of the agreement, TalonSoft will receive the publishing rights of Codename Eagle and Tzar: Burden of the Crown in North America.

"We are excited to be entering into our first partnership between TalonSoft and PAN Interactive,'' said Take-Two VP of business development Jamie Leece. "This agreement ensures that TalonSoft will continue to operate as a developer/publisher of premium internal content while supplementing its releases with high-quality external properties.''

Tzar, a fantasy-themed real-time strategy, and Codename Eagle, a World War I action shooter, are both currently scheduled for a March 2000 release.
