Gamescom Opening Night Live featured a number of surprises, including an unexpected appearance by Christopher Lloyd. The Back to the Future actor appeared as Doc Brown to deliver a very important message from the future: Surgeon Simulator 2 is out now on PC.

Like the original, Surgeon Simulator 2 features a variety of wacky surgical puzzles to solve and operations to complete. This time, developer Bossa Studios has included a four-player multiplayer mode, letting you team with up to three friends to perform operations together.

Surgeon Simulator 2 is available exclusively on the Epic Games Store. The game retails for $25 USD.

That was hardly the only surprise we got to see during Gamescom Opening Night Live. We also got our first glimpse at the next Dragon Age game, as well as looks at Doom Eternal's Ancient Gods expansion and Crash 4's Flashback levels.
