Mario and friends will reportedly be returning to UK McDonald's happy meals very soon.

According to promotional material obtained by Nintendo Life, the limited run of Happy Meal toys will kick off on January 11 with Yoshi and Mario himself. They'll be followed by Peach and the red shell in week 2, Bowser and question mark blocks in week 3, and finally Luigi and the Piranha Plant in week 4. Nintendo Life has also uploaded what looks to be a promotional video for the line of toys; check it out below.

There's no official word from Nintendo or McDonald's as yet, but Twitter user John Galley has already obtained a Mario toy, suggesting the figures may be in the wild already.

This isn't the first run of Nintendo characters to have Happy Meal figurines made of them. In 2014, McDonald's put Mario Kart 8 toys in its kids' meals to accompany the game's release. There have also been Pokemon X / Y-themed toys, as well as a line of Pokemon Alpha Sapphire / Omega Ruby figurines to celebrate those games' launch in 2015.

The Pokemon Company have previously teamed up with Starbucks, too--though that partnership was also leaked ahead of time.

In other Mario news, the intrepid plumber is rumored to be coming to Nintendo Switch in a new 3D platformer. If that rumor is true, it's likely we'll find out more in the Switch reveal livestream on January 12 / 13.
