Sudden Strike ships
The North American version of the World War II real-time strategy game is on its way to stores.
Strategy First has announced that Sudden Strike has shipped to stores. The North American version of the game includes a number of minor bug fixes over the European version, multiplayer support on GameSpy Arcade, and five additional missions. The real-time strategy game is set during World War II, and it lets players take command of a group of units from the German, American, British, French, or Russian forces. The game engine supports up to 1,000 units per mission, and the multiplayer mode lets up to 12 players play against each other on four different teams.
Sudden Strike is being distributed by Infogrames, and it will soon be available in stores for a suggested retail price of $39.99.
