Street Fighter 5's Season 2 Patch Notes Detailed in 92-Page PDF

A Street Fighter V update launching December 20 will make sweeping changes to Capcom's fighting game and, to keep players informed, the company has released the patch notes.

The specific patch notes are spread across a massive 92-page document which you can read here. The changes range from allowing players to select preferred music in training and versus and supporting Direct Input controllers on PC, to specific changes for each fighter. These include tweaked frame data, different inputs for some moves, and other nitty gritty details.

The update arrives as part of Season 2 of the game, which also introduces the Christmas costume and stage DLC. New outfits will be available for Ken, Zangief, R. Mika, Laura, Karin, and Juri.

Each of the six costumes comes with ten color variants and costs $4/€4/£3.29, while the stage costs $2/€2/£1.29) or 40,000 Fight Money, which is Street Fighter 5's in-game currency. There's also a $20/€20/£15 bundle for everything. This holiday content will only be available until January 17.

The update will also add in Akuma, a new character that was shown during PSX 2016. Finally, the 2017 Character Pass will also become available for $29.99/€29.99/£24.99. According to Capcom it "will grant pass holders [access to] Akuma, in addition to five brand new fighters as they join the fray throughout 2017."
