Now Playing: GS News Update: Street Fighter 5's Final Season 2 DLC Character Revealed

As promised, Capcom has revealed its final Street Fighter V Season 2 DLC character at the 2017 South East Asia Major tournament this weekend. Zeku, the "ever-changing ninja" has returned.

A familiar face from Street Fighter Alpha 2, Zeku was once Guy's teacher who taught him the ways of Bushinryu, a style of ninjutsu. Guy eventually went onto succeed him as the 39th master of Bushinryu, and Zeku mysteriously disappeared shortly after this. But now, Zeku has returned to create his own group of ninjas and forge a new fighting style.

From his reveal trailer, Zeku appears to be a very close-quarters fighter with relentless kicks, jabs, and stomps. He also has the ability to switch between two forms: his older, blonde self, and one that appears to have a striking resemblance to Strider Hiryu, another classic Capcom character. Both forms of his character will have three costumes as well.

Zeku will be available separately for £5/$6 or with the Season 2 pass alongside previously released characters Akuma, Kolin, Ed, Abigail, and Menat for £23/$30 on October 24. While you wait, make sure to check out the title's latest DLC bundle of costumes for Halloween.

Looking forward to zeku, seems one of the most challenging characters to learn!

While the character looks different enough, Capcom is being so lazy, just re-using animations / moves from Ibuki, with a few new things thrown in. (>_>) I guess it's better than getting another Shotokan clone (Ryu/Ken).

Not buying this.

Looks pretty cool. His old/young variant should be an interesting wrinkle.

@housealwayswins: The launch was terrible but the gameplay itself it top notch.

Zeku huh? Looks like my kind of pressure styled fighter. Has Capcom announced plans to release Season 3 fighters or is this it for the roster?

@Jimbowesker: there will be season 3 fighters and rumors say that sagat and sakura will be amongst them!

@1nUrF4c3: AWESOME!!!! Both of those fighters are welcome in my opinon!! Wouldnt mind some E. Honda or Blanka as well, as long as they dont make Blanka pretty shitty at combat like in Ultra STF4!! But Sagat is my go-to guy!! Cannot wait to see how his Muay Thai style fits in with SFV's awesome combat style!!

Another jumping raccoon instead of a dashing pressure Guy type character I was hoping. Capcom licking the brown asses of Ibuki fans.

So he's strider. He even has a strider costume and uses soem of strider's moves. Why not just cross over strider?

Neat.

Would like more oddball characters like Fang and Abigail.

Everyone complained about Abigail, but he turned out to be one of the most interesting additions post-launch.

Well he has cool moves but did Capcom really tried to make this character laughable?

Stage entry speech "Lets party...if you can keep up"? Yeah, that whan a Ninja tends to say.

Further,i really hope Capcom some darker themed costumes...Ninja and colorfull doesnt match usually

@sladakrobot: If they're gonna put in a laughable character than it should be Dan

It'd be nice if you could try out a character in training mode before buying it

At least you can just use Fight Money tho!

@girlusocrazy: have they stopped doing the thing where they are free for a week?
