Sting Voices A Wolf In This Cool-Looking American Folklore Game

The 16-time Grammy winner is the narrator for a story in the upcoming PC game.

Sting, the celebrated bassist and singer from the band The Police, is voicing a video game. Publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment announced today that the 16-time Grammy winner will be the narrator for one of the main stories in Where The Water Tastes Like Wine, an American folklore adventure game from developers Dim Bulb Games and Serenity Forge. As you can see in the voice cast trailer below, Sting plays a wolf.

In a statement, Sting said Where The Water Tastes Like Wine is a "unique storytelling experience," adding that he is happy to be involved in the production.

He's not the only big name lending his voice to the game. Other cast members include Dave Fennoy (Telltale's Walking Dead), Cissy Jones (Firewatch), and Kimberly Brooks (Mass Effect). Check out the trailer above to hear some of the topline voice actors in the game.

Where The Water Tastes Like Wine launches is early 2018 for PC. You adventure through Depression-era America, in what is described as a narrative-driven game. There are sixteeen stories in the game, and all of them are written by different people.
