If you're in the mood to catch up on some of the signature Xbox games of the generation after the recent Xbox Series X games showcase, now is a great time to do so. Steam has discounted a number of Xbox Game Studios titles, including Ori and the Will of the Wisps for $24 and Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition for $15. Unfortunately, the Xbox games sale is a quick one, ending tomorrow, July 24, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.

A new Fable was announced during the Xbox Series X livestream, which makes it the perfect time to play the original classic. Fable Anniversary is currently $8.74 on Steam and features remastered audio and visuals. It's a fantastic action-adventure RPG that sees you making choices and determining whether you're for good or for evil.

State of Decay 3's reveal trailer was also shown, and if you're in the mood for some zombie-fighting action, then State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition is only $22.49 right now. You'll explore an open world, scavenge supplies from nearby houses, and fight off hordes in Undead Labs' survival-action game.

You can buy these games on Steam, but you can also play them all for free with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Game Pass for PC subscription. Right now, you can sign-up for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at only $1 for your first month and cancel before your month is over if you don't want to be charged more. It gets you access to a large library of games across PC, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One, including all of Microsoft's first-party titles.

As for what was revealed at the Xbox Series X showcase, you can now add both Halo Infinite and Grounded to your Steam wishlist. Grounded releases in Steam Early Access on July 28 and puts players in the shoes of a kid trying to survive their own backyard after being mysteriously shrunk--think Honey, I Shrunk The Kids. You'll go up against all manners of bugs, including some incredibly terrifying spiders that caused me to Alt+F4 the game into the sun.
